Who we are
Carbones sur factures was launched in October 2022 by Réconcilions-nous ! (or R!): a group of volunteers who aim to act as a ‘lobby for the public interest’ on key and difficult issues that are mired in controversy.
The Carbones sur factures expert collective has devised (along with many others around the world, as we have discovered in the course of our work) a method for counting carbon emitted and captured (known as the Carbon Cumulative Accounting method, or CCA). It can re-balance the climate and biodiversity by re-balancing the economy, through Environmental Competition or ZEN (Zero Emissions Net) competition.
Our backers
Our names are no secret; they are listed here. We are prouder of the names of our backers. Here you will find those who signed our second appeal to the public authorities at the end of 2025. And here you will find the professors who helped us develop the webinars we offer to professionals and students so they can master the counting methods required for ZEN competition.
And where does the money come from?
We keep our financial needs to an absolute minimum to maintain our independence, and our modest running costs are covered by a few volunteers. If necessary, we would appeal to the hundreds of people who have supported us over the last few years and left their contact details (we have never had to do this yet).
We are Christine Altuzarra, Anne Beaufumé, Jean-Marc Béguin, Philippe Bois, Claire Cazes, Jérôme Cazes, Gilles Cormary, Vincent Delègue, Bruno Delezenne, Xavier Denecker, Sylvain de Forges, Elisabeth Humbert-Dorfmüller, José-Luc Leban, Alexis Loubère, Alain Minczeles, Daniel Morin, Stéphanie Nassif-Veillon, Isabelle Rabaron, Valérie Vanwormhoudt
